Boxercise is the BEST stress buster and so much fun you won’t even realise you are exercising! You will feel amazing after getting outside for fitness and ready for the week ahead.

Boxercise is an exercise concept based on the training techniques used by boxers.

These outdoor sessions are suitable for beginners and people just getting back to fitness.
