Changes AGM 2022

We held our Annual General Meeting at the Fraser Centre in Tranent. Changes AGM 2022 was an evening of reflection and celebration of our work supporting positive mental health and wellbeing over the past year.

Thank you so much to all of our members who attended our 2022 Annual General Meeting! We were absolutely delighted to be joined by so many of you.

Thank you so much to everyone who shared their stories. While everyone’s experience is unique, members of our community often tell us how helpful it is to hear about others going through something similar.

Amanda Armstrong read her poem ‘Over the Wall’, which touched so many on the night. Her words resonated and moved so many of us. Amanda, is a participant on Changes ‘Nurture by Nature’ project, wrote this poem during a journalling in nature session.
