Cycling for Changes

The wonderful Lyndsey Milne is cycling 100 miles in memory of her friend Jack Dore who died by suicide last year. She is raising vital funds for Changes. She is almost there and has raised an incredible £1000 so far which is 422% over her initial target of £250!

Lyndsey said “Jack was 25 years old when he took his own life a week before Christmas last year. Jack was funny, intelligent, good looking and caring, there was never a dull day when Jack was around. His family and friends miss him more than any words can ever express. Better funded and more accessible mental health support is vital for people like Jack, young or old, male or female, to be able to get the support they desperately need so they don’t feel that there is only one way out.”

We are so grateful to Lyndsey for her support and wish her well with those final kms! Sponsor Lyndsey and support Changes by clicking the button below.
