Donate or fundraise for Changes

Help us promote positive wellbeing in East Lothian and support more people more quickly!

At Changes, we deeply appreciate the efforts of our fundraisers. We want to inform our supporters that all funds raised through our fundraisers are considered as unrestricted donations. This means that these funds provide us with flexibility to allocate resources where they are needed most, ensuring we can continue our essential work.

Your generosity and the commitment of our fundraisers are instrumental in helping us pursue our mission and support our programs.

Together, we are making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve, and we are grateful for your ongoing support.

We extend our sincere thanks to our fundraisers and generous donors for being part of our mission. Your contributions enable us to empower individuals and communities, and we truly value your dedication to our cause.

Thank you for your continued partnership in our efforts to create positive change.

Meet Lyndsey

The wonderful Lyndsey Milne cycled 100 miles in 2021 in memory of her friend Jack Dore who died by suicide in 2020. She raised an incredible £1000, 422% over her initial target of £250!

Lyndsey said “Jack was 25 years old when he took his own life a week before Christmas last year. Jack was funny, intelligent, good looking and caring, there was never a dull day when Jack was around. His family and friends miss him more than any words can ever express. Better funded and more accessible mental health support is vital for people like Jack, young or old, male or female, to be able to get the support they desperately need so they don’t feel that there is only one way out.”

We are so grateful to Lyndsey for her support!
