Gentle Yoga For Wellbeing

Description

We are offering Gentle Yoga for wellbeing. These sessions are a combination of stretches and breathing exercises, suitable for beginners, and those getting back into yoga. Yoga is an excellent way of keeping both mind and body engaged and connected!

The facilitator Gaynor has a supportive and gentle approach and is welcoming of everyone! The group finish with time together to connect of yogi tea and a blether.

In the warmer weather these will take place on the beach, in order to benefit even more from being outdoors!

When?

They are currently running in Musselburgh on a Monday.

The group runs for 6 weeks.
