Changes offers two types of relaxation and mindfulness courses to adults in East Lothian.

Mindfulness course

Mindfulness is a way of being present – to pause and pay close attention to what we are feeling, thinking, sensing or doing from moment to moment. Join our taster session to see if our Mindfulness course is for you.

Relaxation Workshops

These workshops aim to offer a toolkit of ways to bring relaxation into our lives in order to increase wellbeing and better manage stress and anxiety.
