Compassion Focused Therapy

Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) is an integrative way of working with individuals to help them find ways to understand their minds and emotions and to encourage and develop compassion towards themselves and others.

First Steps to Positive Mental Health Course

This course helps people to become more aware of their emotions, thinking, behaviours, and physical symptoms.

These are facilitated groups that provide a space for men to share their thoughts and feelings, in a safe and supportive way.
