Volunteer Week 2024

We are celebrating Volunteer Week 2024 this year full of gratitude and pride for our fantastic volunteers!

From buddy walkers and befrienders, to board members and group facilitators – all of your effort and commitment to making Changes a welcoming and supportive space is so greatly appreciated.

We want to showcase some of the amazing work our volunteers have done through the years!

Drew Cairn fundraised for Changes through his skydive! Through this courageous act, and Drew’s continual volunteering, he has been nominated for Inspiring Volunteer of the year!

Paula uses her art in ways to connect with participants of Befriending, and also facilitates the art group Creative Connections. Her knowledge and creative approach to life is something we greatly admire!

Rosemary supports our Mental Health Swims and always takes a kind, fun and gentle approach with participants. We are so grateful for your support!

Board member Andrew has recently joined our Board of Trustees and is already doing an amazing job with Changes governance!

Christine has volunteered as a Buddy Walker and Befriender, continually showing kindness, empathy and genuine care for everyone she supports. Thank you Christine!

Diane has gone above and beyond from volunteering as a Nature Project volunteer, to leading Ponder Wanders and facilitating nature based events, like the pictured Full Moon Walk. We appreciate everything you do Diane!

To show thanks to our amazing volunteers we are hosting a week of activities ranging from nature and wellbeing days, laughter yoga and art workshops!
