These outdoor sessions are suitable for beginners and people just getting back to fitness.

Ukulele for Beginners

A six-week course for people who want to learn how to play ukulele.

Wellbeing Walks

Join our Nordic Walks, which combine walking with core and upper body conditioning, similar to Nordic skiing. 

If you aren’t ready to join a walking group, you can be matched with a buddy who can take you on shorter walks.

Mental Health Swims

Mental Health Swims is a community that welcomes and empowers everyone – people of all body shapes, skin colours, ages, backgrounds, genders, sexualities and abilities to enjoy the healing power of cold water and community. 

Change’s Writers Group

Our writer’s group is a branch of the Befriending support, and offers a welcoming and safe space to explore creative writing with a welcoming group.
